Advisor Class
For those investing through intermediary organizations such as broker-dealers or third-party administrators. The minimum investment for this fund class is $2,500.
Investor Class
For individuals, retirement accounts and individuals who purchase funds through a financial advisor or brokerage firm mutual fund network. The minimum investment for this class is $2,500.

Select Funds
For corporate cash accounts, sweep accounts and other institutional investors. An initial investment of at least $1 million is required.
Retirement Class
For small retirement plans and investors who invest through retirement plan services. The minimum investment for this fund class is $2,500.
Y Class
For retirement plans and advisors that require revenue sharing. The minimum investment per plan or advisor for this fund class is $100,000.
A Class
For retail investors who invest directly through intermediary organizations such as broker-dealers or other financial intermediaries, through employee-directed benefit plans or directly with the Funds.
A Class shares are available to investors at their offering price, which is equal to the net asset value per share (“NAV”) plus the applicable front-end sales charge that you pay when you buy your A Class shares. The front-end sales charge is generally deducted directly from the amount of your investment. A Class shares are also subject to a Rule 12b-1 fee and a shareholder servicing fee.
C Class
For retail investors who invest directly through intermediary organizations such as broker-dealers or other financial intermediaries, through employee-directed benefit plans or directly with the Funds.
C Class shares are available for Traditional and Roth IRA accounts investing through American Beacon. If you sell your shares within 12 months after buying them, you will normally pay a contingent deferred sales charge. C Class shares also are subject to a Rule 12b-1 fee and shareholder servicing fees.
